TATA Indicom Photon Plus — incorrect billing | |
hey i signed up with tata photon plus.. its been three months.. my plan is 1100rs / month 10gb bandwidth...my second bill is with 5 gb as per the bill .. but my actuall usage is only 3 gb.. i called and complinte almost 100times.. but no go. i left it becos anyway i had 10gb usage.. but the last month bill gave me a heart atack in which i already expected.. becos form the day one in there usage meter shows me incorrect reading.. i called them many timess. i have send screen shots.. i spoke with many people.. all i got is lets waits got bill to check .. now i got it.. its total of 13 gb usage it shows and i got a bill for 2900rs .. but i know 1000% i havent used much..i am still waiting for the answer.. this is my major issue as of now.. but they keep changeing billing date.. due date in the past three months bill.. i am so tired and frustrated.. the customer service is the crap and a big piece of i have ever seen n called...omg i cant beleive ta i cant do anything abt it ....do anyone have same problem.. lets escalate...lets c when tat guys gonna change n do things rite.. Useless billing technology.
My plan is 2GB day + 10GB night for Rs. 950 monthly.
but i received a shock today that bill amount is Rs.3443.
Today one lady from customer care called me and said the amount. But i have explained her abt my usage. i hav'nt used even 5GB.
she is saying that that does not belong to our department so, You kindly try another cc number.
But the guy on tht corner never picks up the phone. I dono wat a is this tata photon.
Customer service is very very worst...?

Few days back I bought tata photon + data card not more than 10 days, I was told I would be given a 2 months free subscription and 15 GB free download.
And within the 10th day after the purchase my TATA photon + data card stopped working sayin Error 678: The remote computer does not respond.
When call the customer care . I was told that I have exceeded the 15GB that's why the connection is barred and I was told I have crossed 17 GB extra and I need to pay again 3000 Rs on top of that. I'm not going to pay the bills JUST say TATA.
