DEAR SIR
I HAVE A PREPAID NO OF TATA INDICOM PREPAID THE NO IS [protected], I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONECTIVITY OF MY MOBILE BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER I CAN GIVE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS TO THEM BUT NOTHING HAPPEN PLEASE DO SOME THING AND TAKE NECESSTY ACTIONS
Tata is my favourite but some services of tata are very bad like for to stop welcome tune we have to send meseges which chargeble, also retailer care of tata is very means very bad because it does not ready to give any information to retailer they reject to the retailer by saying that we have no authority of that if any information he asked to them. while compare to airtel they give any information which we ask to them.again tata does not give conference option. before some days tata make a very strong mistake by hello bole sim because of these sim the old handsets of customer became locked which never open.
dear sir I am not happy with the customer care services like 12524.they just don't care for customer's complaint.
my phone no. is [protected].all my services are barred with out any problem from my side.you should give sufficient time to obey your order.
today all service providers are looking for customers, but our indian company, TATA, is avoiding.when contacted customer care they are asking to deposit documents.we don't know what document.But tata should give sufficient time before barring the services.
I have taken it seriously & don't accept it.
