I HV PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION OF TATA INDICOM PREPAID MOBILE ON 30TH JULY, 2008 AND I HV BEEN TOLD BY CUSTOMER CARE OF TATA THAT THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PROBLEM OF SIGNAL ANYWHERE. (MY NO.[protected] FOR THAT I HV PURCHASED NEW SAMSUNG EXPLORE HANDSET WHICH IS COSTING RS.4300/- + A CARD OF RS.299/- SCHEME (ROCK STAR), BUT I FOUND THAT I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT OR RECEIVE ANY CALL WHEN I AM IN MY HOUSE. I HAVE ALREADY MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF TATA INDICOM THRU PHONE AND ALSO A LETTER TO NODAL OFFICER ON 1ST AUGUST, 2008. TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECD ANY CALL OR EMAIL FROM ANYBODY.
