[Resolved]  TATA Indicom prepaid mobile service — wrong cgarger

Dear Sir,
i am using tata indicom prepaid mobile ([protected]) for the last 5 years and now i am having great problem to continue with it. from the last 3 months some Cricket Score, Astrology and Recipe services has been activated in my mobile by its own. i can assure you that I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED those services. i dont know how these services has activated in my mobile and the charges are 30 rs for each of them. for me 30 rs is not a matter of joke. i have requested customer care executives several times to deactivate all sms service and calls which are coming from tata indicom. but still now they have not done anything and i am receiving calls and messages. in these 3 months i have lost my 90 rs for nothing and it was not my fault. can you take any step against this ?? you are a big company and 90rs is nothing for you, but for me it is a big deal. but you people are making me a unhappy customer. i am really fade up with this thing.. continuously 3 months!! its really making me sick..
please do something about it.

Tata tele service — activate roaming

I have bought a new connection. My brother takes it in roaming. but it doesn't work in roaming. I complaint about it 3 times in true value shoppe. but they doesn't give me response. my phone no. is [protected]. kindly activated it as soon as possible. I
Last year in feb.2007 I have bought your INDICA from oberoi motor.Then i was shifted to meerut
when i first reach to your authorized dealer shree vasu automobile.
I was very dissapointed to see their behavior, mostly of their security gaurds.they did not know how to talk to the customer.I felt most dissapointed when i saw there a slogan written''GRAHAK HI BHAGWAN HAI".
After waiting about half an hour one of their employee came to contact us, and gave me time to take your car at 2:30 PM, and showed me way to common room and said 'have some tea and snacks there' after reaching canteen i saw canteen was in a condition that animals will also refusse.There was no dustbin present.There workers was watching movies on Television and whistling.
when my clock shown me time 3o'colock i came down to see my car that what is happening!
but the security appointed started missbehvaing, with hanging gun on his shoulder.
on 4:30 PM i recieved my car.
During the bill payment the employee again and again saying that please give me 10 out of 10
for my job if any call comes from Tata motors pune.
Now please sir u tell me what should i give marks to the "SHREE VASU AUTOMOBILES" Meerut.
And please take some action to maintain your company best reputation on us.

Tata indicom prepaid mobile service — Disruption of some basic services

My last 3 call details on mobile and last 10 call details services on internet has been totally disrupted from last weeks.I call several times but there is also no positive feed back from customer care.Now i am totally hopeless on these services.My network strength is also creates problem a lot.Manytimes voice quality becomes so low that calls get lost.Please solve all the above mentioned problem as soon as possible.Also hope positive play role for the customer care.Last time i call the customer care there was Mr. Suvayon chatterjee, who does't help me and advice to wait for some hour to few days.My mobile number is [protected].
Tatas are the worst when it comes to customer service. Don't buy any TATA product henceforth.
i have lost my mobile([protected])from my pmch hostel on 18.o1 2009.how can i get my mobile.i have already lodged a F.I.R in pirbahor thana patna.
please deactivate your caller tune from mobile no.[protected]

my car is indigo(grand top model).my car number is(UP13Q 0007).mane ye car 2 year pehle vasu auto mobiles meerut se khareedi thi .is car me hamesha koi na koi problems aati rahti hai aur inke paas is car ka koi bhi technic mechanic nahi hai.aur car dekhte hi sabhi mechanic bhaag jaate hai hum shree vasu automobiles is prekirya se bahut pareesan hai .service ka bill bhi 7thousant se kam nahi banate hai.last time 25 thousend ka bill banaya tha jabki usme 10 thousend ka kaam tha .aur kahasuni karke bill gatrar 14thousend ka bill pay kiya gaya tha.aur ye bhi kahte hai ki ye car tata compani ne bekaar banayi hai ise beach do aur nai car kharreeed lo car ko 3month keliye khadi kara lete hai aur phir bhi koi kaam nahi karte bus bill bana dete hai.pls by req hum bhut presaan aagai hai pls is SAMASHYA KA SAMADHAAN KARE.

TATA Indicom prepaid mobile service — unauthorised activation of caller tune

activate caller tune on my mobile no :-[protected] where as i am not making any request for such activation . its second time that without any approval caller tune activated and balance is deducted .is it making a customer fool strategy of tata indicom company. i want to deactivate caller tune and refund my balance as early as possible. unless i am going to shoe this problem at higher level

i GOT A CALL FROM TATA FOR HELLO TUNE. AND I SAID THEM THAT I DONT WANT THAT. THEREAFTER THEY SUBSCRIBE ME FOR THAT AND SUBTRACT MY BAL.

Tata indicom prepaid mobile service — PUSHING UNWANTED CUSTOMER SERVICE & CHARGING FROM MAIN BALANCE

I am a customer of TATA INDICOM PREPAID MOBILE SERVICE (Phone no. (0)[protected] ). The service provider has adopted a dishonest policy of pushing unwanted and unwarranted customer service schemes and subtracting rupee from main balance. On 04.06.2011 in the very morning they have added a paid customer service forcibly for Rs.30 per month and have subtracted Rs. 30 from main balance which now stands at Rs.54.88. Earlier they asserted that on lodging an official complaint within 24 hours, they must address the problem and refund the money to the main balance after unsubscribing from that unwanted service. But the access to customer care from my mobile has been deactivated consciously by the mobile operator so that I can't lodge the official complaint. I am posting this complaint within 5 hours. Please help.
