[Resolved]  TATA Indicom / Samsung Mobile — no service provided

dear sir/ma'am
i had bought a samsung mobile on 22 april 2008 and it is not working properly since the day i bought it hangs all the time. and i was sent to service centre by tata main shop. i got it mended but problem remains the same. and now they are asking me to leave my mobile to the service centre for few days.

and when i bought the mobile and filed the complaint, they were saying if yr problem is not solved then they will give me another mobile but now they are refusing.

right now i'm using 4 mobiles of TATA Indicom and their numbers are as follows

Shuld i return all these if they do provide new hand set.
