Please refer this to our TEN connections Nos[protected] at our New Delhi office, in particularly at Acharya Niketan Market, Above Punjab & Sind Bank, Mayur Vihar - I, New Delhi.

2. These TEN connections were approved and installed against our purchase order dated 13/12/2008, duly signed by the undersigned. Subsequently the undersigned visited the Delhi office on the insistence of Mr. Rupesh Kumar to sign some additional documents as well. Only after the completion of the above mentioned formalities & submission of documents including the PAN card, were the connections provided.

3. Your office has now informed us that the outstanding amount against Masicon Financial Services P Ltd., regarding the SEVENTEEN connections at the New Delhi Office is Rs 10, 539.59.

4. Your office has further informed us that SEVEN mobile connections bearing following Nos have been issued in the name of our Company.

5. We have been further informed that the outstanding amount against the above mentioned connections is Rs 4, 618.17.

i) We hereby inform you that the Company through its proper documents had applied for 10 land lines only.
ii) The TEN Walky connections were issued against a proper purchase order dated 13/12/2008 and no further purchase order subsequent to 13/12/2008 has been issued by the Company.
iii) The sanction and activation of additional SEVEN mobile connections in the name of our Company is improper and without authorization from our Company.
iv) The activation of these SEVEN illegal connections have been possible by your sales & verification staff in collusion with the users of these seven connections.
v) We request you to provide the details of all documents and the details of your sales & verification staff to initiate appropriate action against the fraud.
vi) It is categorically submitted that the said connections have been activated by fraudulent means involving your staff Mr Musheer. Masicon Financial Services P Ltd will not be responsible, financial or otherwise, for any loss that Tata Tele Sevices Ltd may suffer on this account.
vii) We are committed to pay the due amount of Rs 5, 921.42 as and when we receive the bill at our Dehradun office, only and only if our TEN connections are unbarred & made active immediately, latest by 4 pm today.
viii) Any delay in activation, beyond 4 pm today will force us to review our long term relationship with your Company with respect to our association at all other locations.
ix) The matter is o[censored]tmost importance to us, Please be informed that appropriate action would be taken against perpetuators of this fraud.
x) The unilateral decision of barring our telephone lines, more so when a fraud has been perpetuated by your staff, is detrimental to our business interest. All losses suffered by Masicon due to the uncalled and illegal barring shall be borne by Tata Tele Services Ltd.
