[Resolved] Tata Indicom — WRONG PLAN PROVIDE | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchase a tata photon plus no.[protected] your customer care executive Mr bhawani singh Rjapark Office ([protected])since 2 month ago 499 plan. but your executive provide 1st month 950 plan free.and next month 499 plan automatically convert.but till date note convert 499 plan and bill amount last two month 950. TATA Indicom — wrong plan
Dear AllI am harshit peshavariya i purchased internet service from tata indicom jamnagar from astha agency ltd the number of the sim card is [protected] i asked them for unlimited plan but the lady over there gave me a plan which was not unlimited. I opted for the plan which was having 800 rs rental and unlimited surfing and downloding but the lady gave me plan of rs 500 which was not unlimited so i got a bill of more than rs 5000 for just 15 days then my card was stopped they accepted their fault and reversed 2000 rs from my bill still the card was stopped they are now telling me to pay 3000 rs to start it again its their mistake why should i pay so much of amount so they told u pay rental for two months that is 1600 rs but my card was stopped within 15 days still they are telling me to pay 1600 rs i have also given 500 rs as a deposit. Now there recovery agent are coming each and every day to take the money and using very bad langauge and telling i[censored] will not pay the amount we will just do any thing this is just harrasement done to me and my family please help to sort out this matter i am ready to pay 500 rs and also ready to let go the deposit of 500 rs that makes 1000 rs still they are not ready for it. and there agents are using very bad langauge and harrasing us please help

I told them to give me internet connection which has unlimited plan so they told that we are having a unlimited plan where monthly rental is Rs 799/-, so i told i want that plan but they gave me a plan of rental Rs 500/- where the internet connection is not unlimited, so because of their fault i got a bill of more then Rs 2000/- so i again launched a complaint at the office and told that u have given me a wrong plan so they accepted their mistake and told me to pay Rs 600/- only i told i will pay the amount but please reverse my bill first they also reversed it but after 15 days again i got the bill of Rs 3000/- as i have used the internet only for 15 days i do not know why i got this much bill as my connection was also stopped and its was their mistake they gave me a wrong plan and they also accepted it still i am getting calls from their recovery officer that u have to pay again Rs 3000/- till now my connection is also stopped please look into the matter i am ready to pay Rs 799/- which is the amount of the plan i wanted.
