[Resolved] Tata Indigo — Manufacturing defects | |
Tata Indigo has many serious manufacturing issues. To name a few, the dashboard is a complete mess that starts melting after couple of years (max), clutch is very hard, inferior body part (metal) resulting in rusting from inside (which is more dangerous from rusting outside), inferior water pressure checks done resulting in leaking of water through doors, dickey, bonnet etc. It's not worth the money spent on this car though it is cheaper than many other international brands. You may not get a good resale value with these defects and it is worth spending more for any other better brand that will give you a peace of mind. Was this information helpful? | |

No doubt about all these defects, I would like to add few more like Power window problem, door closure problem, Auto-lighting problem when Door open and close, Steering problem, Noise on right side of bonnet (belt issue) on start up..etc SAD part is that, though all these issue are known to company and service center, not permanent resolution despite complaining every free services.

I had perched a Tata Indigo CS From Annanya Moters Sultan pur U.P Dated 29 january2013 under the private finances of tata finances. My Vichile Engine No 475IDT14KXYP63817 and
Chechise no MAT607161CPP76471 is this.
Dear Sir, My Complain is this that I Was coming from Lucknow since 10th March in the night.As I reached nearly Kurki Bazar, my car's stearing has been fail due to company manufcturing mistak.
For god shekhe I have narrow escape but my car has fully damage.
So, in this situation I m not able to pay a single Rupee to gatting my claim while my dealer is telling to me that this is not my mistake so I will not compantiat any thing.
So pls do the needful
