I have tata indigo ecs car 2013 modal (Up52 y2013) in deoria (Uttar pradesh) i am suffering service related issue from beginning, today my car is inside in tata authorized dealership (Address-rk laxmi general sales ltd[protected]a, sec.9 gida gorakahpur) and there no service engg available and even i have call tata customer care and they are not giving me proper reply, every body is full fath of tata group but now this company is doing cheating...

Very poor finish product

I have just bought this new indigo ecs vx model dieseal on 2nd may 2014,
Hardly a month has passed that i noticed that the dashboard where the meters are mounted is loose after scanning it found that it is broken which shows the material used is of low quality in it.
Secondly in many area its not painted
Thirdly The rubber beading from the door is coming out right from the beginning which i showed it to the dealerbr...

I'm owning a Tata Indigo vehicle which is six months old, have met an accident on 4th may 2013,the vehicle is in workshop till now, the insurance company is not able to provide me the claimable amount although i have done the bumper to bumper insurance still they are not providing me the benefits so,I'm not getting released my vehicle from the workshop....

Manufacturing defects

Tata Indigo has many serious manufacturing issues. To name a few, the dashboard is a complete mess that starts melting after couple of years (max), clutch is very hard, inferior body part (metal) resulting in rusting from inside (which is more dangerous from rusting outside), inferior water pressure checks done resulting in leaking of water through doors, dickey, bonnet etc.

It's not worth the money spent on this car though...

VERY POOR SERVICE

I am in South Africa. I cannot get any response from Tata here in South Afrixca either at branch level or head office level. I have tried to get help from Tata in India but no one can help me. Only 1 person in all these areas has replied to my mails or calls.
