[Resolved]  Tata Manza — Service not done-- Parts not being fixed

Hi,

I am the owner of TATA Manza bought in June 2010 from TATA Dealer in Jalandhar.

My complaint is regarding the after maintenece of the car by the service center. My driver door glass does not go up-down because of faulty machinery which has stopped working just after a year of purchase.
Also there are some other manufacturing defects which the dealer is not ready to fix and everytime i visit makes some or other excuse.

So my complaints are :
Many manufacturig defects -- things stop working within a year of purchase.
Rubbish service center support -- Went there 5 times still the job not fixed.
