[Resolved]  Tata Manza — NOISE COMING , CANNOT BE REPAIRED BY SERVICE STATION EVEN AFTER 12 DAYS.

I want to draw your kind attention towards the harassment I am facing after buying TATA INDIGO MANZA.
About four months ago , on 16th March 2012 I bought Manza from Gurgaon dealer , ABS Motors.
It already showed 95 km reading on which they said because the car had been brought from another place as the wine colour I demanded was unavailable ai Gurgaon. Fine I did not give much attention .
A week later, a noise started coming from the car as if it was an old used diesel car that had run a good kms. I immediately complained. On the first service of the car they changed some part assuring me now there will be no such noise.
Actually with the passage of time the noise started growing. Again I informed them. I was totally upset.
On the second service , ie on july 24 , 2012 , when I went to get my car back , I was surprised to find the noise still existed. After 5 days I again went to pick my car. I was told , Sir we had to call engineer from the company to find the cause of sound and we got it done. But my sigh of relief could not last even for a minute when I found the same problem. It was very difficult for me and my family to do without a car.
Anyhow I left the car in the service station telling them strictly to get it done. Two days after they said Sir now there is no problem you can pick your car. But what should I do with a car which is not repaired. Yesterday I went to take a test drive along with their employ I found the same noise.
Sir I feel totally harrassed , confused , cheated. I bought this car against the will of my family. I had full faith in Swadeshi company. But what did I get. I paid for a new car and got a car that has a manufacturing defect that even the company manager could not deal with.
I humbly request to get this car exchanged. I want the genuine TATA MANZA , that I paid for. Let’s see what the company does to solve the genuine problem of his customer. My car still stands at the service station. Kindly respond.
