[Resolved]  Tata Motors FD — Non receipt of brokerage

I, Vaishali S. Barve & Shaila G. Barve, have Tata Motors FD, nos 14391 & 14392, dated 30/12/2008. The same was taken from Tata Securities. Ms. Payal.
Even after follow-up with her we have not yet received brokerage for the same.
Also note that we had submitted FD form for Tata Motors of Rs. 75, 000/- each, dated 01/01/2009. With prior permission from Ms. Payal post dated cheques, 01/01/2009, submitted and requested to process the forms on 01/01/2009, so that I need not loose savings bank interest for December 2008. The same was agreed upon. But both these cheques got debited on 30/12/2008. Now because of your mistake I have lost the bank interest amount of Rs. 437.50, @ 3.5%. The same was brought into the notice of Ms. Payal and she agreed upon to reimburse this amount. But it is also not yet received by me. Please look into the matter & send me my brokerage and interest amount at the earliest.
