TATA Indicom Photon Plus — Tata Photon Plus - Unreliable, Not Working, Service not Available | |
We purchased two Tata Photon + connections, under corporate account number[protected], bearing numbers : (i) [protected] (ii) [protected] NONE of these two connections is working in New Delhi. We keep getting error message 678 "Remote Computer Did not Respond". either. We have paid Rs,3500 each for the two USB modems. The entire service is a huge sham... they are just interested to make a fool of the Indian consumer. While they are selling lakhs of connections every month, they are not upgrading network capacity. They have already taken Rs,3500 for the modems and are charing Rs.750 per month per modem, but THE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING!!!! AND IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY SINCE LAST 2-3 MONTHS. How on earth you purchased a device without checking the coverage at your place. You could have easily ask for a demo.
our coin phone tata indicom was not worked in 6 months. no one was correct responce for long time. pls take action and suggust for me.
I am using TATA Photon Plus since Sep'09 but since Oct'09 I am not getting no connection at my office area at New Town-Rajarhat. I have lodged so many complain so far but no action is taken moreover they are sending every month bill. They are simply trying to cheat the customer. Without using how customer will pay bill??????????
the services of tata photon team is absolutly pathetic, i was using photon plus for past 7 month after a successful working of 6 months i started feeling problem of poor network i lodgeed acomplaint at tata team their response was really pathetic it seems that they are not concerned wth client problem, I was told that there is no work site at your locality (loni ghazibad) and we can't tell you by what time it willbe resolved, if you want to discontinue you may please go ahead.
I purchase New TATA Photon+ but not working last one months because Tata Service problem. My full money wastage reg. this
I HAVE BEEN USING TATA INDICOM PHOTON SERVICES FOR THE PAST THE ONE YEAR BUT THE PROBLEM I AM FACING IS THE IRRESPONSIBILITY ON PART OF THE AGENT WHO IS SUPPOSED TO COLLECT THE BILLS. HIS CELL PHONE REMAINS UNREACHABLE AND ON THE OTHER HAND THE COMAPNY KEEPS ON ADDING CHARGES, SINCE ITS A POST PAID CONNECTION ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS ON TIME, BUT THEY HARDLY SEEM TO BOTHER, THEY ARE SIMPLY FLEECING POOR CUSTOMERS OF THEIR MONEY.ITS TIME THE MANAGEMENT TOOK UP THE ISSUES SERIOUSLY. THEY SHOWN A DEMO, SPEED WAS VERY GOOD 2KBPS.
I BROUGHT THAT DEVICE ON 24TH NOV, FROM LAST TWO DAYS I CHECK MY DOWNLOAD SPEED UPTO 75 KBPS AND UPLINK IS MORE THAN THAT 100KBPS.(IN BETWEEN CHART IT GETTING DISCONNECTED...)
DUE TO SOME IMPORTANT MEETING WITH MY CLIENT I WAS TAKEN .. I DONT NO HOW NONCENSE THEY ARE, PLAYING WITH CUSTOMER WITH FALSE STATEMENT.

Tata indicom Photon Plus — No network from 2 months
Indicom has sold me its device worth 3500-/ without checking the network infrastructure in my area. I am unable to use the device and no resoultion has been made inspite of complaining 100 times. Please Account number[protected],Bangalore circle.Disgusting is not the word for these people
