hello, i have purchased an usb device on 21th aug 2010 by tata photon executive and submitted all the documents to him. my tata photon no. is [protected] but still it is not activated n due to this some of my urgent work cant be completed. the executive as well as other people are not giving any response shafaque anjum [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

have purchased an usb device on 22nd Jul 2010 by tata photon executive at MEGA Communication, Chandanagar, Pune 411014 and submitted all the documents to him. my tata photon no. is [protected] but still it is not activated, on query with the tataphoton executive in Pune and Mumbai there is no fruitful result comes out. The customer care does not entertain me as the product is not yet activated. What it mean... Do you think the customers are fool. I want that immediately my product to be registered.. Otherwise I will goahead within 7 days to the higher authority to Tataindicom. By this you are loosing your customers confidence.

Tata Broadband Wireless USB — Broken USB device
I opted for USB broadband Wifi for obvious mobility benefits. However the device is very delicate and one day it stoped working, merelky after 2 months from starting. I visited Tata Indicon Naupada, Thane center to get it repaired. They asked me to go some shop 2-3 km away, supposedly authorised service centre. After reaching there, the mechanics told "yeh yaha pe nahi hota". I again returned to Naupada centre, then they they logged compaint.After much pursual, I came to know that I have to take it to Ghatkopar or Kalyan myself, for repair. I could not do it. The instrument has remained unrepaired and unused for year now.
I still get bills and calls from collection department, who just want to collect, and don't want to listen anything else. "Pehle ap paisa pay karo, nahi to hum kuch nahi sunega". They are quite rude, give annoyingly repetetive calls. To their credit, I did pay it twice, paid bills for almost 6 months of postpaid, unused service. I have clearly asked many times before to terminate the service, but in vain. Its is quite stupid that they keep generating bills. And some fine day they will again ask me to pay bills.
