[Resolved]  Tata Sky — TataSky ID.NO. [protected] is not receiving signal

Dear sir,
My TataSky ID NO.[protected] is not working from last three days due to no signal recieve & your helpline no.not working .TataSkay Engineer is not listening to our problam after contecting him.

TRY THIS: Open your digicomp's "Digicard" slot (check push button with "open" written on top), pull out, clean digicard and re-insert it (it is like a credit card inserted in your digicomp), many times you don't get signal if there is dust in your digicard.

ALERT: If your subscrition is out of warrenty, then they'll charge you Rs 350/- for their technician the visit !!
