[Resolved] Tata Sky — STB malfunctions in monsoon | |
Sir, iam usung Tata sky service, during monsoon the signal is lost many times and for days i have to keep making complaints. now they say the set-top-box is faulty and will cost me 350 to replace and this is normal during monsoons. the tata servise engineer came and fixed the set-top-box and said that this is a defect in the box but i he said i have to pay Rs. 350 anyways! i said why? if it is manufacturing defect? he said company policy! then after arguing he said ok as good customer he will not charge. but then next day the charges of Rs. 350 has already been cut from the prepaid amount!!! why?. The reason i purchased the service is because sales pitch was the service will work in any weather anytime compared to cable tv. i now realize cable tv better in monsoon, although not clear picture but atleast it is working. regards, Yogi Was this information helpful? | |
