[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set top box not working

dear sir,
i had purchase tata sky from his dealer in paonta sahib-173025 before 10months.he give me one year warranty.i asked to the dealer to repair my set top box.but he refused to repair my set top box.

Tata Sky connection not working and not being attended by the service staff

Many channels on our Tata Sky connection are not working but after repeated complaints, no one has come to attend to the complaint.

NO SIGNAL at SETTOP BOX

Have been facing a problem since this afternoon with No Signal. Subscriber number [protected] The call centres are not reachable. They are not accepting complaints online Way to go Tatasky, Please attend ASAP.

Worst service ever. My set top box is not working I complained about it they are telling me that they don't know the problem. They are telling me if you have any problem with us you disconnect your account we don't know anything.
My Tata sky setup box not working.
Have 2 Boxes and your engineer came and said that the wiring to one of the unit is not operative.
The 1st TV is working and the 2nd one is not working
I connected the 1st TV with 2nd box - Not working
the connected the 1box with 2nd TV and working
The engineer still says the wiring is bad and they charged me Rs250 without soling the problem
I think the service is so bad.
Can I just buy a new box for 600 instad of paying Engineers 250 for not resolving the matter
Await atlease some prompt response from TATASKY

My setup box is not working and it is an issue of their change in satalite and to fix that issue they are charging consumers 150 rs . Are they have any ethics it is their issue and charging consumers to fix.
