I am a customer of TataSky and my customer ID no of The same is [protected].And I have a rental basis room in Delhi. For that I have shifted my room from my previous place to new place i.e 584/D Gali No 6, Govindpuri N.D-19. And during time of shifting I have brought all of Tatasky equipments i.e. Disks, Set Top Box etc. Then from Tatasky, an Engineer come to install the same on dated 25th march2009. and after installation the service engineer( Mr Taslim Cell No-[protected]) have been signed by me a vocher of Rs 350/- due to installation charges.
Meanwhile I recharge an amount of Rs 300/- for rental charge(dated 23/3/09 Tatasky Transanction ID TY[protected]) and for service chagre of Rs350/-(dated 28/03/09 Transanction ID [protected]).
Inspite of being recharge of total Rs 650/-, my present account balance shows minus Rs 450/- and when I complained to TataSky they informed that they instlled new disk and for that they charged me Rs 1000/- extra.But thias information completely wrong. You may contact to service engineer as well as can also inspect.
Under this circustances they cut off my connection and I become unable to enjoy TV despite of making payment.
So I request you please look into the matter and solve my problem as per your best.
