This could be a problem either from Tata Sky's end or probably the channel broadcaster's end. To clear and check whether it is from Tata Sky's end customer-care tried to resolve the issue on call but were unsuccessful and the issue required a tech visit to analyze whether there could be a possible problem with the STB. On examining the STB it will be easier to determine the source of problem. There are chances that the STB can fine tune and provide better video transmission of a particular channel but if the channel broadcast itself is faulty then from Tata Sky's end there can be nothing done and will require the channel broadcaster to provide clarity of the particular channel, to find out the location of the issue the technician can be of great help. The technician visit is charged by all the players in the dth industry and Tata Sky is not exclusive to this charge. For registering the complaint and dispatch of technician approval of the authorized holder is required if approval is not received the Co. will not take any further step. Most of the cases are resolved on call as there is a cost involved for the Co. too hence a tech visit will not be appointed unless the case demands so.

Same problem is coimg to me also jagdish kumar singh.
i have told that if they will not solve the problem i will close tata sky .
for last 2 months i am complaing that there is problem in video trasmission of only COLORS channel, .first they try to repair from customer care but all in vain. Then they are telling that they will send service engineer who will charge servicing fees .According to customer care, there may be problem with set top box. My qustion is that if there is any probleem with SET TOP BOX, other channels would have been affected.
