Wrong commitment of Tata Sky sales executive

Tata Sky sales executive Mr. Ravinder (9716874593) has wrong commitment with me for install a new Tata sky. He told me that in Rs. 180 pm pack he will provide me all those TV channels of Rs. 260 pm pack, but he has refused to fulfill his commitment. Pl help me.
