SIR, maine tata teleservice ka koi bhi postpad mobile connection nahi liya. maire name shae kishe or ne ye postpad conection leya hai.jeshne bhai ye conection liya hai ushne document thoo maire deye hai or singeture ushne apane kiye hai.company ne mere address par bill bhej deya Rs.1122 ka.Jab ki maine esh tarah ka koi bhi postpad conection nahi liya.maine office me jakar kaha ki mere name she koi farzi conection le hiya hai lekin koi maanne ko tayar hi nahi.main conection ki detail de raha ho. TATA DOCOMO NO. [protected]/ A/C NO.[protected]/PLAN-CMO NEW_ARP_999 ARP PLAN/BILL NO.[protected]/BILL DATE 07.11.2012/ Maine bill pay nahi kiya to comapany ne muje PAYMENT REMINDER NOTEC bhej diya jiski detail hai DEL NO.[protected]/RELATIONSHIP NO.[protected] jo jaree huaa 09.02.2013 ko. plz help me. Dear sir,Last 10 year i have tata mobile no.last 2 months they have offer me that upgrade your mobile from an exciting range of tata handsets & get free talktime upto the price of handset.So i purches Blacbarry handset the range of Rs 16000 from tata true value shop.they are promising me that you get this schme.But till date i am not getting any schme.I register complain to customer care & mobile purches office not only one time.three time i personally go purches office,they are tell me that within 72 hours it will activate.when i speak to customer care they are telling me you donot get this schem,because you donot purches moblie from tata shop.i surprise about telling me from customer care.i purches mobile from tata true value shop.i have a purches bail.So,please advice me what i will do?
