KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY POOR SERVICE AND NO REPLY FROM UR END KINDLY REFUND MY PAYMENT AS UR SERVICE HEAD MR ROHIT HAD TOLD ME TO BUT ANY OTHER COMPANIES AC AND TAKE UR REFUND FROM DEALER MR GOEL DEALER HAD TAKEN THE AC A MONTH BACK NOW HE IS NOT REFUNDING THE PAYMENT BY GIVING THE ARGUE MARKET IS SLUMP I DON'T HAVE PAYMENT DEALER IS SHELTERED BY MR ROHIT AND IS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPANY TO REFUND MY PAYMENT..


Dear MR Rohit,

as per previous mails and telephonic conversations U had told me to Return the AC to Dealer MR Goel and Take ur money back as u had sheltered the Dealer and no matter about the customer suffer M.R Rohit I had return the AC To Dealer 30 Dayz Back and He had Charged Rs 11500 for Installation of AC Which I had agreed because U had Sheltring him for the Unjustice he is doing. and From the past one month I had called Dealer Mr Goel to return my money back Which is 30,[protected] = 18,500 ( eighteen Thousand only) Which he is not refunding Because of the shelter by MR Rohit

It is really a worst experience for me to buy a voltas AC as already I'm using 5 Voltas Split Ac in my Business Premises Now I had Purchased Samsung ac Instead of Voltas at Home and Carrier AC's at my business Premises at Gandhi Nagar Jammu.

Si I request u to plz Refund my payment with in a week Otherwise I've to File a Legal Complaint against Company and Dealer at Consumer Court.

as u r harrasing me from the past one month I had purchased the new AC of Samsung From A.M Traders Marble market Jammu as ur service head M.R Rohit had told me that buy another companies AC we dont have time for u . I dont wont to rectify the problem of AC as already ur Service centres repairs this defective ac many a times and the AC is still lying
I m persuing application in the consumer court against the harrasment by the company and dealer.

I had never saw a company like this The arogant employes don't have the manner to talk with customers I had registered the complaint on 27th july -2012 complaint no:-<Abhimanyu><12JL2804100 ><jammu> But there is no one in the company to rectify my problem MY ac is repaired many a times but ac is not working I had purchase the AC on 28th may 2012 From that date The AC is not working ACC TO UR SERVICE CENTRE FIRSTLY THERE IS A BLOCKAGE NOW THEY ARE SAYING COMPRESSOR NOT WORKING SERVICE CENTRE HEAD MR VINAY CALLED M.R ROHIT BANOTRA SERVICE HEAD FOR RECTIFICATION OR REPLACEMENT ON CONFRENCE M.R ROHIT BANOTRA TOLD ME TO BUY ANY OTHER COMPANIES AC INSTEAD OF VOLTAS AND TAKE UR MONEY BACK FROM DEALER AS U HAD CREDITED RS 10,000 I HAD ALREADY PAID RS 30,000 TO UR DEALER TO PURCHASE THAT AC BUT UR AROGANT EMPLOYEES DOES NOT HAVE MANNER TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS AND HE IS SHELTING THE DEALER WITH HIS PERSONAL REASON I HAD CALLED MANY A TIMES TO UR DEALER TO RETURN MY MONEY OR CHANGE THE AC BUT HE IS NOT INTERESTED TO PICK MY PHONE WHICH IS REALLY A HARRASMENT I WOULD LIKE TO TELL U THAT ALREADY I'M USING 4 VOLTAS AC BUT THIS IS MY WORST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VOLTAS AND NEVER BUY THE AC'S OFVOLTAS IN THE FUTURE .

NOW I DON'T NEED MY MONEY AS U R HARASSING ME FROM THE PAST ONE MONTH I M GOIN TO CONSUMER COURT AND THE HONOURABLE COURT WILL GIVE THE JUDGEMENT.

Your Feedback: Dear Sir, I had a very bad experience with Voltas I think I had done a mistake to buy a voltas AC From the 1st day The AC is not working The date of purchasing the AC is 28th June - 2012 Now the month is over Many a times I had called ur service centres But ur engineers cannot Rectify the fault Which means The AC is defective In the summer When Temp is 45 degree approx Do u think I had hanged a Dummy AC by paying a cost of AC more than the cost of ac. Now enough is enough I'm Goin to consumer court that ur dealer had cheated by taking excess amount more than the market price and sale me defectice AC Which is not working Instead of many complaints company had not done any thing to rectify the problem Already I am using 6 voltas split AC S at my home and commercial premises and i'm plan to buy 3 more split AC'S for my commercial premises But now I had changed the plan of buying a voltas AC'S Bad service break the company Reputation TATA I hope some body had a time to reply my mail as every one is frustated at home as AC of room is not working and nobody can sleep without this.
