TATA Indicom — Replaced Walky not activated
Hi,I had got my Tata Postpaid Walky replaced from Cannaught place, New Delhi Center on 27th April 2009 . I was told that services on new walky will resume in 8 hours. 2 days later I called tata indicom customer care but got reply that I have to wait till 6pm 2nd May 2009 for activation of phone. I am still waiting for activation of today and on calling customer care, they have filed a complaint and said they will take another 4 days to resolve activation issue.
Can someone reply If reputed people like Ratan Tata has sense of importance of time?
I am facing huge cutomer loss at my end as people are not able to reach me will Tata pay for my loss?
Shouldn't tata pay panulty for business loss I am facing in addition to reversal of monthy bill for duration for which my phone is down?
