[Resolved]  TCL 1GB Mp3 Player — NOT WORKING

1GB MP3 Player — Partial delivery

On 29 th of Sep I have received 1GB MP3 player which was incomplete.No ear buds, no charger & no data cable.
I already written four mails to concern supplier of good, only casual reply from them & no further action on the complaint.
I totally felt cheated.
Any action from your side?

1GB MP3 Player — sent defective product , no replacement even after series of calls

I had ordered a MP3 player for Rs.640 including shipping charges, and the product was dispatched on 18th nov 2008.Order no 5008859.

After receiving the product, I discovered the below mentioned issues with the same :

1) Extra Rs40 were charged from me, even when the shipping charges were already paid. and It was written on the box not to collect any extra charges.

2) No bill and no 1 year warranty was sent along with the box.

3) When I opened the box, I discovered that the mp3 player was faulty, It didn't worked at all.

Since then, I am trying to call the store owner, PS ENTERPRISES, delhi, Mr Naresh [protected] . Initially he assured me to provide me the replacement for the same. I continued to contact him, when the replacement was not received even after 2 weeks.
The game goes on like this: I am calling the store owner again and again, but all in vain, and now that guy has stopped picking my calls even. In fact he switches off his phone on seeing my no.

So I request you to please look into the issue and provide me the replacement for the same, so that I can continue to trust rediff shopping and take this relationship further.

TCL 1GB Mp3 Player — How to charge ?

I have bought one TCl make 1 Gb mp3 player through SBI. The manual given with it lacks clarity. I am unable to charge it, in fact i dont even know whether it is getting charged.please help me out to solve this problem.

i got tcl 1gb mp3 player through sbi card. my player is not detecting also, when i insert in showing that " USB device does not recognized" i request "sbi-deals for all" to replace my player under warranty scheme.. i wish to take action soon.

I received a 1 gb mp3 player from sandeep vig. Its not working. He is a big fraud, and given contact number is invalid
Please dont buy anything from this seller and Rediff itself doesnt care about the complaint mail.

I purchased 1 GB Mp3 TCL player through sbi card of my sister.
Fro some days it worked but know it is not working.
If I insert the USB to view my songs, my computer is telling me to format but whereas when I apply to format my Pc says it cannot be formatted.

Even if i charge the mp3 palyer it is not showing me green light which is the indication of battery full.
Please give me some solution for the same

Same with me, no songs was been played in mp3 player, I formatted it successfully, but now even if I put number of songs none of them play, what should I do please suggest for supporting files for it.

i trid connecting the player to my pc to download songs in to it but when connected it is not displayed or senn detected anywhere.help me out.

We purchased a TCL 1gb MP3 Player as it was advertised for Citibank as an offer. No guarantee card was provided. The product is not working from 2nd day onwards.

Kindly arrange for replacement.

I had purchased a MP3 Player from deals4all as refered by CITI Bank credit card, but from day one the MP3 player is not working - I am neither able to load any songs or play the same not recharge the same.The headphone is also not working. This is sheer cheating by the company.All my efforts to get in touch with the company since then has gone in vain.

MP3 PLAYER — not working

I have purchased a mp3 player through online rediff shopping. i have recieved the player but its not working. i did not find any customer care number or email id to call/write to them. Can any body let me know the rediff shopping customer care phone number or email id please.

There is no response after purchasing the products. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM REDIFF SHOPPING.
