PF AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED
Dear Sir,

With reference to captioned subject i would like to bring in your kind notice that i was employee of Team Lease services pvt.ltd.(Employee No.182114).I resigned from the company on 1st FEB 2008.on May 2008 i had submitted all revelant Documents required for withdrawl of PF Amount. But as on date i have not received my PF Amount .Complany is telling that they have submitted My Form 10C to RPFC, Bangalore on 17.09.08.Further i got informed that once the Pension form is submitted to the PF office, Employer(Team lease services pvt.ltd) do not have any control over (any company for that matter) the status.
The PF department communicates directly with the associates and not with the company (TeamLease).so they would not be able to commit any time frame on this as this is at the discretion of the PF Authority. Company has given me the communication address & contact number of the PF Office as below:

I have tried these no so many times 50 to 100 times in a day from last two months but no body receive the phone this is really bad kind of behaviour which is done by the employees who they sit there and having his salarys without doing any kind of work this is really a major issue. My EPF No is KN/35224/148731
Please do the needful & inform me accordingly.
