Appreciate, if you could send me the clear scanned copy so that i can produce it to BIRD TRAVEL's where it has been transferred.

If i want to check the status of PF amount where i do contact in Banglore or Delhi.

I am Gaurav Kaul (Emp Code-1895) ex-employee of Team Lease Services. I had joined your organisation in May2003 till Feb 2005.
Now, my concern is related to Provident Fund which you have deducted from my salary and deposited the same in my PF a/c ----- KN/35224/000926.
I had put a request to get it transferred in the next ornagisation where i had joined after Team Lease but as per the PF statement the amount which you have deposited during my working tenure is not reflecting in that statement. I had a word with Pamela ( CC Executive) Team lease she had given information that Team Lease had deposited my transfer form to PF dept. on 05th Oct 2005. I am trying to get in touch with PF dept. but unable to get through with them.

You are requested to provide me the acknowledge copy of that form which you have deposited in PF dept. for my records purpose and also provide me the details annexure of amount which you have deposited.

As discussed, Pls find attached the scanned copy of PF statement for the yr 2006-07 along with appointment letter of Bird Travel when i have joined the company. I have left Lufthansa German Airlines(Team Lease) in Feb 2005 and in the same month i have joined Bird Travels Pvt Ltd and i have worked there till Nov'2006, but the PF amount of Team Lease which suppose to get the in PF statement of Bird Travel which is not credited as yet. Pls look into the matter because i have trying to get in touch with RPFC dept but unable to get through with that. The amount which i suppose to get is not not small its some where around RS 20000/- from Team Lease Services.
