I placed an order for Ervamatin hair oil on Dec 12, 2009. I have been calling them since the said date. Initially whenever I called they used to say that the order will reach within a couple of days but I never received it. I mailed them also a couple of times, but to no avail. After one and a half years now, they are saying that they never received an order from me and that I need to contact CCAvenue to get my money back. They are even saying that I never called them before. They are saying that there are no calls from my number in there records. It is really pathetic. I hope that Consumer complaints can be of some help. Below is the mail that I got soon after booking my order.
