[Resolved]  Telebrand — Airlounge Sofa cum bed

Thanks a lot people for writing in, on 5-in-1 Sofa. I was going to buy but not now.

All of you should sit still but make a complain with the District Forum of thr Consumer Redressal Forum. I assure you that you will get quick remedy. It is really effective. you can simply state your greivance in an affidavit and you dont need a lawyer also. You should also file a complain with Advertising Standards Council of India. Please dont sit and do nothing.

I have seen their adds and thought to buy it.Buy seeing these many complaints I decided.
Not to buy this kind of waste products.
Now I don;t want 5 in 1.
I want only one sofa which is working fine for life time

thanx to all of you, made complaint and made me come to know how deplorable their products are...
Today I wanted to order an Air.Soufa and about to proceed to be a contractor in my area...
But God Borbid, if I had done it...ooooopppsss!
My Goodness...! Im from Pakistan, Complaining Govt of India to ban this kind of Advertisement at least...cz Indian TV channels are seen all around the world, and it depicts the characteristic of a country...

Thanks! I bought many telebrands products, they were good and I wanted to buy 1 sofa for this new year eve! but now after reading so many complaints, even though they might get replacements, I won't buy! I am saved from the hassle! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!

I was planning to buy an air lounge from telebrandsindia. But after reading all the above comments, i changed my mind and am not going to buy anfmore. Thanks for the comments

Never buy any telebrands products they are 100% fraud their products are 100% faulty and 100% rough quality so it's my humble request to all readers that do not ever even think of buying any telebrands products!

Thanx, For the input, I was planning to purchase Air Lounge saofa and have given the order also 1 month back, Luckily I did not recieved till now, and NOW I WILL NOT TAKE THE DELIVERY...THESE PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC IN THIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOVT. SHOULD BAN THE COMPANY AND EVEN TV CHANNEL SHOULD ALSO STOP AIRING THEM, THEY ALSO HAVE SOME SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY...

i really feel regret for all of those who have purchased this 5-in-1 sofa which is either of inferiar quality or defctive. but at the same time thanks to them for makeing me aware of this cheating. l was desparate to buy this product so just tried to check thru web.. but i will never bu this product, simultaneously i will inform all my friends, relatives. clients to be aware of these fraudulents. we can't expect any action from our govt. against these co's coz our govt. is the most corrupted toaday.. lets' pray to god for betterment of our life...

If Telebrands customer service dept. is not able not able to keep their existing customer base happy, then how can we expect new customers will be treated well.

I am yet another victim of this product. I had placed the order for the sofe on 14th October 2008 via order no. 834791 . The product was delivered in about a week's time and was found defective.Hence, i callled up the custmer service cell and was told to bring the sofa to their office at Bhandup.On taking the defective product there, i was given replacement, which also was found defective.

Hence, i again, contacted the custoemr cervice cell and informed about the same. However, i was told that the warranty for the product is for 15 days only and hence the period was over, for replacement of the defective product, i would have to pay Rs.2500 [ Half price of the product ] .

I registered a complaint with M/s.Consumer Guidance Society of India being a registered member. The forum sent a formal notice to the sales manager on 13th Feb.09 asking for the refund of Rs.5990. Till todate, neither i have recd. any response form the vendor nor any refund.The product is lying with me for over last one year.The repair facility of the same also is not available in Mumbai. If anubody knows such an agency, pl. let me know.

The company is a fraud and cheat.No one should buy the product from them.

I was also planning to buy an Air Launge. But now after reading these many complaints, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm NO!!!
