Respected Sir, I am the user of Reliance mobile no.[protected](Delhi Region).I have took this prepaid life time connection in February 2009.Since I am out of station for 3 months from 8 april to 10 july, during this time i have not used this connection. When I was back in Delhi on 11th July, I have recharged my prepaid no.with 650(India Calling Card) in morning around 10:00a.m.I used this connection whole day but in night around 9:30.I got a message that "Sim Card Registration Failed".When I visited the nearest reliance web world they told me that no.has been terminated.And they also said that this is not a prepaid no., this is a postpaid no. I am not getting my refund money back for my Mumbai mobile no [protected] which I terminated in the month of May2009 at hyderabad as per the advice of Mr. Lokesh( Reliance employee at ABIDS, HYDERABAD BRANCH) . and I have new mobile no. [protected](Hyderabad) to till date. I HAVE MADE INNUMBERABLE OF COMPLENTS TO R WORLD AND *222 but it was of no use, I have written a complent letter to NEW MUMBAI address also.(no reply)...In the month of August, I have visited R WORLD at Andheri Kurla, as per R World employee I have been told that I have to give c/o address at Mumbai(Shi Shayam Adusul, A-9/9, AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA RESDL. COMPLEX, SAHAR RO, ANDHRRI(EAST), MUMBAI-400 099) no reply...my current mobile no is [protected](Hyderabad), ...yours PIONEER OFFER CUSOTMER/FOUNDER CUSTOMEER.
