[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Non-submission of SIM card verification documents by vendor leading to disconnection | |
I had purchased two Vodafone Lifetime Prepaid connections ([protected], [protected]) on 15-05-09, from The Mobile Store, Shopprix Mall, Sec-61, NOIDA, UP. But the shop has not submitted the verification documents(two sets of: copy of Driving Licence, PAN card and two photos) to Vodafone Services that I had given to the vendor. Vodafone has now disconnected both my numbers which have become temporarily out of service. Was this information helpful? | |
