[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Two bills with different customer name but same IMEI Number | |||
I bought Samsung s5233 From The Mobile Store , yamunanagar branch on sept 9,2009. i got the temporary bill (hand written) that time.i went the next day & i got the printed bill on fax paper..after 5 months in Feb, my handset started giving me some problem i checked it out at the samsung mobile service centre & got to know that it got some problem,after 4months again i had some problem with handset And this time touch wasnt aligned,i took out my bill to give to the service centre but all the printing details had been faded. so i went to the mobile store & they said they cudnt print the bill because their printer is not working,i went again 3-5 times but same response finally they agreed to give me the bill a week later & to my surprise the bill had a different customer name,different address but same IMEI No: as on my original faded bill.. question arises; how is it possible to have one packed sealed handset with two different bills comprising same IMEI no;? Hadnt been i cheated? overall, the other bill suggests the name of the person who came to give the cell for repair (touch wasnt working) a week before i purchased the cell.i went to the mobile store that day to choose the cell for me n then week later i bought the sealed handset. i knew the person because he was my schoolmates father. so this cud be another reason for nt giving me the bill the second time i went please dont go for mobile store they are cheaters,moreover i dint got the 5% cash back form for this cell,i went their every second day uptil 20 dec,2009 to get the form but all in vain .
