I had my medi-claim with Oriental Insurance from last 2 Years.
Last year in June 2010 My baby was hospitalized for 3 days for an eye infection disease within 7 Days the agent collected all the papers with me and did not submitted it in the office nor did it communicated me the same nor did he attended my phone.
After complaining in the head office I recovered my papers from him after 8months and I resubmitted my all papers to the office of Indore.
But from last 3 months i have not recovered my claim after having a strong follow up and very time when a call up, every new department says a new thing that this paper is not there that paper is not there I m totally harsh with all this pls take necessary action on my complain.
