I am a member of the Employees Provident Fund in The Oriental Insurace Co.Ltd., Mumbai for the last 30 years.
I resigned from the company on 16th July 2007, but the same was not ccepted by the company and I was considered on Leave without pay till date.
As per eligibility, I applied for my daughter's marriage loan in Oct'10 which was never given to me ( I recd no response) and my daughter's marriage could not be done due to paucity of funds. Again I looked for a boy and applied a fresh loan against my PF in July'10 - this again met with the same fate. I had to borrow money from my relatives for the mariage, which has to be returned now.
Sir. you would appreciate that this is my life's savings and one saves money for this occassion. Sir, I am in a very bad shape. I am a pension optee and the entire money belongs to me, with no contribution of the comapny. I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK, WHICH THE COMPANY IS HOLDING BACK FOR NO REASON GIVEN TO ME.
Sir, the comapny is not giving me my money and no pension is also being given to me.
SIR, I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK FROM ILLEGAL HOLDING OF THE COMPANY.

NON- PAYMENT OF MY PF, PENSION
I had resigned from The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. on July 2007, but till date I have not received my PF amount. I had applied for Non- Refundable Marriage Loan for my daughter's marriage and as per norms submitted the internal form also in May 2010, but till date I have not heard from them and they are silent whenever I ask for the same. My daughter's marriage has been over in July and I had to borrow money from outside for the expenses despite having a substantial amount and my life's savings in my account, and the people are now demanding their money back.
Sir, this is entirely my own savings with NO CONTRIBUTION FROM THE COMPANY, as I am a pension optee.
I have come to you as a last resort as I am not getting any response from their side till date.
Please help me in getting my PF from them and also since I am a pension optee - my pension,
