[Resolved] The Week Magazine — NON-RECEIPT OF WEEKLY MAGAZINES | |||
I have subscribed THE WEEK magazine for 1 yr which had to be commenced from 1st week of Aug. My subscription no. 1412379. I did not receive the magazines hence complained on Sept'10 at the local complaint no. after which I received Aug month's + Sept 1st week's edition. Now after this in Oct'10 1st week again I registered a complaint that after this bulk despatch the regular despatch weekly has not been regularized. Today was the 3rd complaint till date I have not received any magazines on time. Now I want to stop the subcription as delayed & untimely magazines are of no use. Please revert asap. i have subscribed your magazine for 5 years but i am not regularly getting the same i am regularly in touch with with one narsing who delivers the same . he does respond properly .the one i receieved was on 22nd april and one on was of 13th may . this is goig on since the last one year. if you cannot deliver properly please cancle the subscription and refund my money.
i am not receieving my week regularly s.lokeshwar reddy from hyderabad .please look into it
