The Week Magazine — cancellation of subscription of the week magazine due to non receipt of copies since march 2018

I have taken a subscription of the week magazine from your dealer jayanna ([protected]) over 2 years back. I have only received the copies for a few months and since march 2018 i haven't received a single copy. I have constantly requested in every call received from the week office to cancel my subscription and return my amount which has been flatly ignored. I have also given a written complaint about the same to jayanna. Now the dealer constantly avoids my calls. The subscription was for 7years and a costly one.

Hence i would like to place a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same to help me resolve and get my money back with compensation.
