Dear Sir,
I had placed an order to a company (The Privatesales.com )doing e-business ( through web site).
I had paid the required amount through pay pal/ my bank debit card.
But te company could not deliver material.
Since 4 months back they did not deliver the material. on my request for refund back of money , they are playing mischief and saying money has been refunded.
on Inquiry from bank , it is learnt nothing has been credited to my account from ThePrivatesales.com.
They are keeping on playing mischief.
Pls, let me know the legal procedure to sue the company.
