theprivatesales.com — Refund not given..instead store credit thrusted on customer

I had bought two XXL shirts from theprivatesales.com on 18/11/11 by paying additional shipping cost. However on receipt i found them to be of bigger size and returned the same by incurring the courier cost also. I asked for a smaller size (XL) of any colour available in formal shirts. Since, they did not have stock they gave me store credit. I agreed and after a week i order once again for a suit by paying amount in additional to available store credit. However this time they had sent me a wrong product. Once again i had to return the product. This time, they said the ordered product is not available and in case i find something suitable i can order or else they will refund the money. After waiting for some days, i requested them to refund the money. However, to my shock the money refunded was only the additional amount paid and the earlier store credit was returned back as store credit only. I wrote several mails to make them understand that the error was at their end and hence the full money should be refunded. But all my mails did not get a favourable response and same communication was sent again and again.
