Don't accept our word for it; if you have an outlet of Shoppers Stop / Lifestyle or such, why don't you have them verify the authenticity of the product/s?
My feedback is biased against the site as they have cheated me of Rs.8918... you could be the lucky one who got an original product.

Hi,
I picked up a Mraks&Spencer's ladies hand bag and they delivered the deffective piece. Teh Sling had one hook missing and the bag was torn from inside! Wonder if this is Genuine????
When I called the customer care, they informed me that the bag was delivered without checking for the quality and they would have this picked up the next day. I called the next day and was told that I need to fill up a Form which they will send me immediately and the third day I called, they said that they will check with their support team and get back and till now, I have not heard anything from them!!
All i can say is that they are not the genuine people and are very unecthical as well as unproffessional! The first thing now that comes to my mind is no wonder they do not offer COD and insist on payments in advance, as they are fully aware that the proucts supplied by them are not of any standards.
My advice: Please do not buy anything from them.

i agree completly... the product looks soo fake... the leather looks cheap, has scratches on it, and the tommy hilfiger label looks like it was pasted on the wallet with som glue.. so i went to shoppers stop and compared with the tommy wallets there...the wallets which i received are not even 1% like the genuine ones... :(:( i am never going to shop online again...instead of paying 1000 Rs for a fake one I could have got a genuine one from shoppers stop for 1500 instead...
i had got it to gift my dad... now its just lying in my cupboard... such a bad idea it was.. :(
Seriously its better to buy goods directly.. the pictures they put online is just to cheat us and what you receive is something else...

During their last Tommy Hilfiger wallet sale, I bought 2 wallets. They are 100% original and are of good quality. Don't worry! :)
