Yes My Dear, the company people very bad and the management also, they collected money from the candiate and paying salary, new joinee give money for better career but after join they know all loop hole about the company.There is the person whos is harshing both sexually and mentally

Ya thyrocare mangement is not good at all in the night shift the RA plays mind games regarding the subordinates there is polictic in between them they support there caste or language.like U.P, bihar. they are showing bad attitude towards maharastran people this not fare at all. they think that maharastran people are useless and they treated badly there should be law towards still the maharastran guys are facing such problems.

Thyrocare is not a organization its a jail who earns the money from young people at the time of joining.
Managers in this organization are very bad to the juniors.They behave like jailers.Management is a jailers boss..there is no difference.This company doesn't think about Ur career, they will only show u perks at the time of joining but after taking amount of 5000/10000 from candidate they will make harassment n force u to leave the company so they can appoint a new joiner.
Nobody take good words for this company.Never go for this company.& pass this message to your friends also.

Both Velumani and JKR should be sacked. Employee should complains to one of the media about this company environment and their attitude.

It is unfair comments on a company which has been a reason for my success today. I had been associated with Thyrocare for 4 long years before i got married and shifted. I must say that you need to experience to know the truth. It is rightly said that there is a family there. I was and am a part of that family and i am proud about it. It is a place where you see sincerity, hardwork and performance culminating into a blossoming personality. It is definitely unfair comments for all those hundreds & thousands who have been associated with Thyrocare for past many many years. It is unfair comments for the pioneers of indian diagnostic industry. It is unfair comments for the millions who are faithful to this brand and the makers of this brand. Jai ho Thyrocare.

Hi Rajesh, i remember our first few days of induction (same joining date). Especially the buffalo and cat story of Dr AVM. All was well the last i remember. I also remember your frustration of not being in your home town and near to your family. Your break up with your girl friend added to it. I understand that life is always difficult but work in CPL was fun. The comments are not only caustic but very mean too. I have a very different story to tell. Anyways not all buds blossom into flowers. Take care of yourself. You need some retrospection in life

they not Refund me my 10000 deposit and staifund for 1 mont,, they told me you will get your due with ing 3 month ,6 mont is complited but they not giving me the my mony,please help me

You are right, I was suffered from Thyrocare flew.I had worked there more than 1year as a Transportation Incharge in Admin.dept., when I submitted my resignation in harresment from management, they have not received.They kicked me & left out the company, Finally my 10500/-Rs courpeted.(One month payment (5500)+deposit(5000)

They are good paymasters as far as the vendors are concerned and strict employers. It is understandably having the best practises in place and not for the below average employees. Leaders in the industry with enviable place in the Medical history of India. Good concept and intelligent execution.

They are cheaters, they have sent threatening notice instead of payment cheques, they r not eligible to run company they are beggers who are cheating employers money

The worst and the most unique part of their policy is taking 10, 000/- as deposit for 24 months. That's not a way to retain manpower. It's not at all justified. Initially it appears that they are taking this money because employees leave the organization as soon as they get another opportunity ie within a year. I agree that this is a cause of concern for any organization. But the way Thyrocare management is behaving with most of its employees, people are forced to leave the organization. Imagine, who would like to leave an organization within the first 3 months after paying 10, 000/-? Its a common observation that ppl are leaving thyrocare day in and day out leaving the security money with the organization. This has become thyrocare's main business! Anybody should have the right to leave any organization with a one month notice or paying 1 month basic salary if not a confirmed employee. Thats it! No deposits!!

Guys dont join these company you will waste your time, money and most important is carrier starting
Initially the company asks for 10, 000 as a security deposit which will be refunded after 24 months of successful completion.But hardly till 2 years some of the employee stays 99% lefts

following are the loopholes of the company the employee understand once he join the company.
1) working hours is 8am to 6pm but none of the employee has left at 6. he leaves minimum 6.30 and maximum 8 or 9 pm
2) company consider the month as 25 to next 25 and salary is given on 4th of next month. means free work is done by employee to collect the salary.and if any employee remains absent in previous month his salary is kept on hold and is released on 10 th of next month
3) Nearly 4 times in a week for breakfast is only rice. Now who can eat rice @ morning 8 pm dat too 4 times in a week.Diagnosic industry chali duniya ki health ki treatment karne. what nutrient will an employee get by eating 4 times rice
4) All the management staff here is tamilian as family members. so no chance to grow even if the employee performs well. even you will not get a experience letter. you wil get after 3 months of your resignation. thete is SOP for everything.
5) Most of the time employee need to do over time and even OT is not paid
6) Here human being works faster than machine ex xerox, printer etc
7) no phones are allowed in a company
8) In the company color code is there for ICards. black colour ribbon code is for freshers. most of the employee will have colour code ID. that means look at the atrition Rate.
9)and Now calculate the amount of money which Velumani earns throgh employee

These corrupted velumani earns nearly about 30 lakhs as a deposit.Nearly few employee stays .Even sometimes emploee is tortured so dat he can leave trhe company and company can earn money.

I was tortured hence i CAME back to thyrocare. Guys i have joined BACK thyrocare after gap of 4 years. Am looking... forward ...to exciting assignments in my pet project. Pain and pleasure... i have experienced in my 14 years of career. Friends stop worrying and get going. Life is too short to waste it in seeking and giving opinions.
