I am also facing the same problem. I don't know how come this [censored] are still running there website despite there are a bunch of complaints logged on to the consumer forum. This is the real harassment to the consumer from Ticketgenie.in/

I appeal to the people to get together and raise your voice against this.

Even I have booked tockets through Book my Show on 6th March 2009 for 19th March match. we have been given assurance that we will get it by 15th March but have not received it so far.

The good news is I managed to get my tickets just a couple of hours ago - delivered by courier. So you all should be alright.

I don't know your location - for Delhi I've managed to get a contact number - its [protected]

Please try banglore number[protected]. They seem to have finally woken up.

Goog news for me also, I just got the tickets by blue dart courier for tomorrow match Delhi vs Mumbai.

Though I booked on 9th Mar and very difficult to get ticketgenine helpdesk nos...
I lost hope of getting the same, ... but at last got the same...

I have booked tickets for the IPL match on 18th March in Bangalore, with the order details as mentioned in the attachment. Still the tickets are not delivered. There is no response from ticketgenie from their customer care number. Its dead for many days.

The procedure is to redeem the tickets from the stadium counter along with the print out.

I have booked tickets for today's match ( 18th March ).I booked a total of 8 tickets.6 in 1st transaction and 2 in the 2nd transaction. My transaction numbers are 181909:60893, 60894, 60895, 60896, 60897, 60898, . and 206950:61451, 61452, . Yesterday i received a packet from Blue dart for the 1st transaction but it had only 5 tickets instead of 6.I called Blue Dart, who say that problem is from ticket genie's side.The Idiotic ticket genie people neither pick my call nor respond to the mail.The 2 tickets for the 2nd transaction have not come at all.I dont know what to do or whom to approach for the 3 ticket of mine.There is noone to help me out on this.

I have given a feedback on the IPLt20 site. I would suggest you guys also do the same. IPL should stop endorsing them straightaway.

I have booked 2 nos. of tickets for a match on March 20, 2010 (Mumbai Indians v/s Royal Challengers, Venue:Mumbai) 3 weeks ago. 

As conveyed by your customer care executive the tickets will be available atleast 3 days prior to the match due date. But the same are not yet delivered.

Also, any and all attempts to contact TicketGenie are fruitless. Further, no response from their contact nos. [protected] or their customer support no.[protected] and no response to e-mails sent to [protected]@ticketgenie.in and [protected]@ticketgenie.in

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get these tickets.

My issue has been resolved immediately.

THIS FIRM IS TOTALLY RUBBISH.I BOOKED MY TICKET TWICE.
AND THESE PEOPLE R SENDING ME TICKETS OF DIFF. GATES N DIFF. DATES, INSTEAD OF WHICH I BOOKED.
Y D HELL THEY R RUNNING A BOGUS FIRM.THESE R TOTALLY HARASSING THE PEOPLE..LETS TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.

I have try to bought IPL ticket 4 times. Money has been deducted for all the 4 attempts, but I could not get the ticket as it is showing server busy massage. I try to contact tem by phone and email repeatedly. I have not got any response from them. Please help.

I am in a serious mood to file a complaint against these in the consumer court. I had booked tickets for the IPL match on the 25th between Delhi and Bangalore and have not got any reponse about the same from these . The neither reply to mails nor pick up the telephone. A bunch of bloody . I would have loved to abuse them more but being a public forum i am just controlling my emotions. If anyone is seriously considering them to take them to the court for cauing mental agony please do mail me back.

These people are really ridiculous. No one bother to answer the number and respond to the email.

The best way to book tickets is through Bookmyshow. One have the option to pay once the tickets are delivered at your door step.

I am also fecing the same problem, pament has been withdrawn from my credit card, IPL is only three days away and still I did not received the ticket from "ticketgenie.in", No one is attending the given Land line number[protected].

I have booked tickets for 4 TICKETS 1st APRIL (KKR-DC) I HAVE RECIEVED A REFERENCE NO. 240645:60110, 60111, 60112, 60113.AND WAS ALSO SAID THAT I WILL GET THE TICKETS FROM BLUEDART YESTERDAY I TRIED TO TRACK WHEN I WILL RECIEVE MY TICKETS BUT THEY SAID IT IS WRONG NO.

I, too, am facing the same problem. The amount has been debited from my account but I have not received any tickets. If there are any contact nos. in Mumbai, similar to the ones in Bangalore/Delhi, kindly let me know.

Even I have booked tockets through online on ipl official site 10 days ago for 11th April 2010 match. but have not received it so far.what is the reason of delay. kindly reply to us ime'ly

the who are selling the ticket in chinnaswamy stadium bangalore use to sale the ticket for the blacker not for the audience they had sell the tickets of 8, 10 and 17 in advance. when we had gone to stadium to buy the ticket they use to tell that the tickets are not available when we move forward the blacker call me and use to sell the ticket of Rs 220 to 500 i request this organiser to take some action please or else i m going to take some action.

IPL tickets not delivered

I've booked two tickets for IPLT20 match at DD vs KKR Tickets were booked on 7 APRIL with option to receive by courier.

Till date I've not received my tickets. Any and all attempts to contact TicketGenie are fruitless. There is no repsonse...my ticket no is 97490, 97491
