Hi complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me. i have same experiance.
i booked in april10, technical team came to house and said that it is technically not possible to install.
i asked for refund.
i called 9 times by now but every times person on phone takes detailes and says that refund will be sent in 2weeks.

From the above description, it appears that the installation amount is not credited to your account. We inform our customers to not pay by cash by mentioning the same on our application form. We wanted to confirm if the amount was paid in cash, and if not then please provide the cheque details.

tikona net — regarding disconnection
my name is pawan and a resident of sr nagar in hyderabad,i took a new tikona net connection on 17th july but untilll august1 there was poor connectivity,i used to call the call centre guys but there was no site of refinement,fron 1st i used to get a normal speed vere i opted for 256 kbps speed and it used to get disconnected in midst when i download an important material,i requested the customer care to disconnect the connection on 17th august,they told action ll be taken in 7 days,but there was no sign of any executive and those guys dont solve the issue and there is a big problem for payment options,i gave again a complain on 29 th august but till now there was no response,their responsiblity is vane and i am really disgusted,kindly take necessary measures against this company,i am ready to pay the bill for this month but there is no sign of them i have take one plan 500 rs but sir do not print name M.P.Singh why does acepect my from by predeep singh

Tikona — no proper connectivity,no service persons responding
USER id:[protected]am not getting proper net connection for over 6 months.service persons r not coming properly.i registered a complaint before 5 days,still no one contacted me.TIKONA service s bloody company.atleast come n disconnect my service so that i wont get my bill anymore.

I Ammar Totanawala was introduced to tikona by one of my friend so I decided to switch to tikona from MTNL(which I believe was the best among the service providers I have had).
At the time of installation there were technicians named Wahid and Rakesh and sales person named Sanjay who had visited my place.
They just kept the instrument(rucus) which they call as router at my pc desk and showed me that the internet was working fine, but it wasnt as the light for the network signal just kept flashing and also I wasnt receiving the actual download speed of 2mbps as told by the sales person.
I told the sales person and the technicians who came at my place the I wanted it done before they leave but then they started with the excuses that they havent got the nano with them which was good for catching network and also they havent got the antenna with them.
They said that I can use the service for couple days and then let the tikona team know if I have any issues.
I did call the tikona team with various issues ragarding billing, incorrect name on the bill and also for the network problem but with sigh of disguise, none of my problems seems to be fixed.I still keep on receiveing my bills with incorrect name spelled (correct name=AMMAR) name spelt on bill AAMAR.
I have been taking time off from my busy college and work schedules and calling them up regarding my network issues but what they do is just give a docket numbet and say that ther will be a technician visiting my place but to be honest, no does show up.
So I decided not to pay the bill and its been 3 months I havent paid the bill.my bill amount due for 3 months would be abt Rs2000.
On the 28/08/2010 my internet services were stopped and on calling the cx care they say that they have disconnected the service due to non payment of bill.
Since the duration and while the bill was outstanding and even now I have received no phone calls from tikona asking me as to why I havent paid the bill.(very strange).
I told them that I am not against paying the bill but then its just due to frustation that I havent paid the bill as the problem wasnt fixed.I had called them recently on the 2nd September and was given a docket #[protected].and was told that they have already fixed the problem and wanted me to pay the bill, I told them that I want to check it first and then I will pay the bill and they said that it wasnt possible.
Please tell me what should I do in this case.

I have faced the same horrible experieance. I got the wifi only after one week of installation. The lan was wrongly logged into a lower speed. Till now nothing has happened.
I have called hundreds of time, but the operations team seems to be some road side kinds not knowing anything.
I wonder how Tikona even got a licence to operate.

Tikona Digital Networks / Full 499 — No Service
Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited offering very attractive Broadband Plans on wireless media named as Wi-Bro at low cost.But the same was unable to provide the service in the form of Network connectivity.
Almost, every time it shows "LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY".
By chance, if it connects, it is not even opening their Login Page.

here is my story...i've been waiting from the past 1 month... sales man took 500 r.s for installation charges by assuring that i would get the connection in 1 day...
After calling so many times, one guy came n installed the device that too after 4 days...
The real problem starts here...they seems to have a problem with their server..whenever i tried to login an error comes up as authentication login error...for the last 1 month, i've spoken to all the techs/officers for more than 100 times but none of them were able to solve the problem. Now i'm in the middle of nowhere..
I don't know what to do now, they r not ready to cancel/disconnet the service either...who will help me now?
