[Resolved] Tikona — Bad Quality of Broadband | |||
I purchased Tikona Broadband services on 14th of September 2010 and got it installed on 16th. It was the only week that I could get to use the internet. Then after I could not browse the net till now. Called up hotline at 11 pm: they din't get me any assistance. Even I called the executive mobile number. They are also not given me any solution and now they switched off the phone or not picking up the call when they saw my number. Please resolve my problem. I am highly irritated now. very poor responsibile for service.
dont choose Tikona broadband, because plan change process is very mind upsetting and painful.
