I made a purchase of 27 pearl sets for Rs.3000 at Times of India shopping hoping that it will be good. But i had a great shock of my life when the material arrived. It was all very cheap malas which is just plastic not even worth Rs.300 to Rs.400. i made a compalint and asked them to return my money , but till today they are dodging by saying that they take back the material and return the money. every day they keep giving some excuse or the other . i would like to file a case against them and would like to take back my money. kindly help me in this regard Was this information helpful? | |

i purchased a mini electric sewing machine worth Rs 999 and Rs 150 as handling charge, but when tried to operate it was not working then immediately i took that machine to the nearest repair store, then i found that the bobbin holder is not working.i want to lodge acomplaint against TOI for fooling so many people and making money, Iam very sad that i simply wasted my hard earned money for such a faulty machine.

Bought a sewing machine and food processor. Both became defective right from first use. Numerous calls and mails were sent. No replacement just promises that it would be picked up by the courier company. They keep doing this until their 6 months warranty completes and then say that they cannot replace as its out of warranty. There is nothing you can do as all you have is a call center number and a mail id.
