[Resolved] Times Of India Shopping — Non Receipt of the Replacement of 4 GB MP4 Player | |||
Sir, I had ordered a "CUTE-4GB-USB MP4+FM Player through TOI shopping portal in the month of May-2009 The particulars about my order is as follows: Order Number[protected]Sub Order Number[protected] USB MP4 + FM Player - 4 GB - Cute-----Quantity[protected]Amount----1299.00, which was paid promptly. The same was supplied to me by one--M/s NPC,New Delhi, in June-2009. After receiving the product it was found that thrre was no FM service and also capacity was not 4 GB as mentioned and also Volume control was faulty.The same was intimated to TOI through email on 18/06/2009. For that,on 20/06/2009, i received a mail, instructing me to contact one RAJ of M/s NPC Ltd,New Delhi over the telephone no[protected]. On 20/06/2009 itself, the contact persion in NPC has intimated to me to return the faulty one to its' Address, NPC-RAJ, A/208-DDA FLATS, New Ranjith Nagar, Opp. to Satyam Cinema, NEW DELHI-110 008. I returned it through Professional courier on 29/07/2009. But in spite of several mails to TOI & through their feedback, I could not get back the item.Further the said firm supplied the material (NPC) also could not be reached.TOI also stopped responding to my mails. Dont expect TOI to respond to your mails and provide replacement. These are cheap imported goods from China that they are polluting our Indian market with. Dont order from TOI and cripple our indian market.
Ord No.[protected] for " UltraSexy Dual SIM mobile with camera and FM Radio(Order no.[protected] dt1/4/2010) and as per advertisement in Nav Bharat Times dated 28.3.2010 you are entitled to give two gift items namely 'lunch box with using credit card & trendy watch Worth's Rs999/- with every purchase'.As I purchased this mobile with my SBI Credit card but till date I received only one lunch box & mobile worth MRP Rs1699/-(which even less than your offer price mentioned on mobile box), where as per my order mobile MRP as Rs4999/-& your offer price as Rs1999/-. I paid Rs2149-for this mobile (which is mentioned even in your order dispatch wrapper ).The mobile which I had recieved not having Blue tooth and USB cable not working, even my repeated complaints registered with you no proper action taken .You are requested to send mobile and gift items as mentioned in advertisement or refund my money with interest immediately
After the so many time calls/ discessions done with your indiatimes office, 2nd time I returned Mobile through yourTNT courier for replacement with free gift of watch worth Rs.999/-

I hope this time you will send actual mobile ordered by me worth Rs.4, 999/- (Rupees four thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) instead of Rs.1, 699/- (Rs one thousand six hundred ninety nine only) against my paid amount of Rs.2150/- (Rs. Two thousand one hundred fifty only)
This is very serious matter, If no action is taken from your side it forces me to go other forum for redress of my grievances.
