[Resolved]  Timesdeal — Unethical Practices by TimesDeal

Hello Team,

This complaint is against ''Times Deal''. TimeDeal cheated with me by providing a offer.
Offer Name :: Pay Rs. 50 at 'Times Deal' and get Paytm cash voucher worth Rs. 100

On 1st December, 'TimeDeals' came up with a offer that buy a coupon code from them worth Rs. 50 and use this coupon code at
Paytm web site to get recharge you mobile of Rs. 100
Times Deal provided me 'Paytm Promo Code: TMDL66860HKD'. The code provided by Timedeal worked but unfortunately recharge
was unsuccessful at Paytm website due to technical error at Airtel and i do not get any talk time in my mobile (@ Dec 2, 2011 at 5:17 PM )
Hence I tried to recharge again but now the problem is, I am not able to use the code again given by 'TimesDeal' as now this message
is displayed 'Sorry promo code already consumed.'

I called 'TimeDeals' for 5 days and request to generate a new code or reactivate the old code but they did nothing except for saying please wait for 24 hours but their 24 hours never ended. I also sent them many mails (as they asked me to do so) but they never replied back.

Order Number generated at Paytm site during the unsuccessful recharge of Rs.100 : 10409985

Please help me and do the needful so that i can get my Rs. 50 refunded or a new Paytm code. It’s not about the Rs. 50 but it’s about online merchants who follow unethical practise and do not revert back to Emails or provide resolution.
