TIN NSDL — Query not replied | |||
To TIN (NSDL) On 19/12/2011, I applied online for change in PAN card no AKGPS0719Q vide acknowledgment Number is [protected]. The online PAN amendment application disappeared when I wanted to save it due to power failure. Kindly inform me how I can get the printout of my PAN amendment form for submission to PUNE office by post with my photo. My details are given as under : 1. Applicant name UMESH KUMAR SINGH 2.Father’s name; SHRI BISHWA NATH SINGH (the PAN issued to me in 1996 shows it as BISHWANATH PRASAD) 3 Date of birth Date of birth : 07/09/1961 4 Application date 19/12/2011 5 PAN or TAN (in case change request form) PAN CHANGE is applied for. 6 Mode of payment-. NET-BANKING from SBI RANIKUDAR Branch , Jamshedpur Jharkhand) 7 Address: TYPE III/17, Central Excise Colony, New Ranikudar, PO KADMA, Jamshedpur, PIN 831005 8. ONLINE The Acknowledgment Number is [protected]. Note; MY existing PAN no is AKSPS0719Q was issued from PATNA. Query: (i) How can I take the printout of my online application that I submitted on 19/12/2011 vide acknowledgment Number is [protected] ? (ii) Can I alternately fill up any blank form downloaded from NSDL/UTI website and paste my photo thereon and send the same with the document referred to in my online PAN amendment application vide acknowledgment Number is [protected] ? The reply to the above queries has not been received from TIN of NSDL /ASK (Aykar Sampark Kendra) till date even though the following desired information was sent to TIN(NSDL) as early as 22nd December 2011. I fail to understand why my query has not been replied till date. Is it because I had made an unpleasant observation that the query made to me to provide the same information under different heading from Sl 1 to 8 as a sequel to my query dated 19/12/2011 was unjustified because all facts stood already given ?
