I have applied for correction in my pan card. I have submitted all the essential documents along with prescribed fees.Now, it has passed 6 months and i have not received any pan card from the department also there is no customer care feedback from the department.

But my PAN card was not yet been delivered to my address given in the PAN application and i am residing there for the past 5 years and which is my own house. As i need PAN card very urgenly to be submitted for my official work kindly take the matter as so serious and deliver it to the same address at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

Your application was processed by us. It was observed that the PAN mentioned you has been deleted/deactivated by Income Tax Department (ITD).

We have forwarded your PAN to ITD for confirmation. The application will be processed only after receipt of confirmation from ITD.

Alternately, you may also contact your Assessing Officer in ITD and obtain confirmation letter for your PAN. The said letter can then be forwarded to us.
