Dear Sir,
I purchased a ladies wrist watch(Fast Track) at a titan showrom(Address mentioned below) on 23 Dec 07 to gift to a friend.On the same day we gift wrapped it to present it her.Due to christmas holiday's,we were able to give the gift our friend only on 31 Dec 07.When we opened the gift, to our surprise the watch had scratches on it.So,we two girls(Me & My friend) decided to exchange the same & went to the showroom today i.e,02 Jan 08.I approached the same guy in the showroom with whom we dealt at the time of purchase who directed us to his senior Mr. Lekhan.These guys were very much aware about the scartches on the watches,so even before looking at the watch he said it cannot be exchanged & said that we have come to manipulate things.Mr.Lekan did not had the decency to talk to us properly,spoke to us very rudely& harshly & when we asked to behave properly he said 'Aap apna number dijiye,aapse hum tameej phone par seek lenge'.
My complaints are
1)They duped us with a damaged watch piece.
2)The guy with whom we dealt at the time of purchase didn't speak to us which cleary indicates that he was aware of our complaint & the damaged watch piece
3)His senior Mr.lekhan behaved very rudely & shouted at the top of his voice in the showroom although we were just requesting to exchange the watch with another one.
If at all we were on the wrong side,i wouldn't have gone to the showroom to exchange it.
My Request:
I want the damaged watch to be replaced at the earliest & a proper training be given to the guys in the showroom about the etiquetts of handling a customer.

i have been using my fasttrak watch regularly from the past 2 years. due to regular usage the strap of my watch has worn out. i need to get it replaced with original fasttrack strap so the durability of my wrist watch remains intact. an you please guide me from where an i get it done? It would be of great help if i can get address and phone number of authorised dealer in faridabad(haryana)?

once upon a time i went to sewak watch shop in faridi building with my sister i had a fault in my watch so i wanted to repair that when i reached into the shop i saw a middle age person and a young girl her age about 17 yrs they worked in that shop, in compromising position when we saw that incident my sister shoked they pasted a poster at the door of shop being this no one cant see inside the shop i complaint to shop owner but there was no positive response this is very ugly scene so i reqvest you to stop that type of ugly incident

I HAVE PURCHASED A FASTRACK WATCH SL. NO.1392SH.02 (K.446) ON 6-3-08. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE FUNCTIONING OF WATCH. BUT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CHAIN. THE CHAIN LOCK BECOMES LOOSE AND THE WATCH FALLS. SOMETIME THE PINS CONNECTING THE CHAIN BECOME LOOSE AND THERE IS DANGER OF WATCH FALLING. THE LOCK AND PIN OF THE CHAIN WERE REPAIRED TWICE AT THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME. KINDLY REPLACE THE WATCH IMMEDIATELY. MY FATHER'S MOBILE NO. IS 9971488015.
 

strap gets spoiled with in 2 to 3 weeks. and not available in any of your authorised stores in Bhopal - fastrack-_ Ladies watch

Purchased fasttrack ladies watch (titan ALLSS, 3QM WR, 2329SAA) during May/June 2007 from your customer sercie centre ( Choice Corner_TT Nagar-Bhopal) and with in 2 to 3 weeks the strap of the watch given away and the strap was not available any where for many days and we puchased twicw the strap by paying 350/= everytime and it got spoiled with 2 to 3 weeks everytime.
Last we purchased from the above shop on 13=6=2008 with an assurance that the same will be replaced if spoiled with in 6 months. On 16th AUG'08 we approched your customer centre( above reffered) and asked for replacement .Initially they refused to do so and then latter they asked us to leave the watch and strap with them and that they will inform us as and when they receive the strap/Ultimately they refunded the amount and we returned with out a strap.Their behaviour was not appreciable and it is a hurtening experience to walk into such a shop authorised by you. It is also surprising as how with such a reputation produce a deffective product and not able to service the same.it is useless to have a watch without a strap..will you please respond and replce the strap or will you please replace the watch itself?
 
actually i bought a fast track neon watch for 1295 at hyderabad central that was before two years. the watch had worked pretty good and i enjoyed the style of the watc.

BUT THE REASON IS THE BELT HAS BEEN TEARED OFF BECAUSE OF REGULAR USAGE I WENT TO TITAN OUTLETS TO CHANGE THE BELTS OF THE WATCH BUT IAM UNABLE TO GET THAT THEY SAYS THAT THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE WHOLE CASE OF WATCH FOR 900 COULD YOU PLEASE GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTION FOR THAT
 
i have a fast track watch sl no.1230SEA.iam unable to get the strap for this watch, can you suggest how should i go about it. i live in patna.

I had bought a fastrack, model no.9141PSA on 28 feb'07.It was from neon range and cost me Rs 1195.Till the month of august it was working very well but when i decided not to use it for a month or so, pulled out its crown (as mentioned in manual
when not in use) and kept it back in its fastrack box.But when i opened it a week back i saw watch was not working at all .Morover what surpised me more that its strap(rubber) was totally broken from middle.The strap was perfect before i kept it in the box.On asking the titan repair shop i got know that it 'd cost Rs900 or more.
For me this cost is simply unfair to pay as fault is not from my side.So, i reqest u 2 pls pay heed 2 my complaint and reply soon.I had bought it from SHREE DURGA WATCH CO.(DWARKA Sec-12, co branch of Sec-10 shop, dwarka).reply soon.
 
Its difficult to find fault whether the merchant or customer made the mistake. As per consumer rights and laws says customer has to be aware and should check the products before they pack. so in this case, the customer didnt pay attention and was careless. Merchant may respond against them, because it was took back and made it to their notice after a few days. obviously they may feel the customer made scratches and now wanted to get it replaced.
 
I was bought a Titan fast Track watch model No. 116/SM02 dated 05/07/08 from shoper's stop. but it stopped and I had gone for reparing. After 40 days they have give the same watch back without any reparing.

I have purchsed a Titan Diva watch from M/s SRS WORLD, SEC-12 FARIDBAD FOR Rs.4490/-.THE WATCH STOPPED AFTER 2-3DAYS OF PURCHSE WHEN I CONTACTED WITH THE SHOWROOM THEY TOLD ME THAT BATTERY WAS OK AND YOUR WATCH HAS TO BE SEND TO SERVICE CENTER AND U COULD COLLECT IT TOMMORROW MORNING. I WENT TO COLLECT MY WATCH AFTER 5 DAYS FROM THE COMPLAINT BUT THERE WAS NO WATCH THERE SOME Mr.HEMRAJ TOLD ME THAT YOUR WATCH HAS BEEN DONE AND WE WILL DELIVER IT TO U AT YOUR RESIDENSE TOMMORROW BUT NOBODY SHOWED UP TILL 16:00 IN THE EVENING, WHEN I CALLED BACK SAME PERSON PICKED UP THE PHONE AND SAID THE WATCH IS WITH ME AND I WILL SURELY DELIVER IT TO U TOMMORRROW BEFORE 11:00 AM, AND RIGHT KNOW ITS 12:15 NOBY HAS SHOWED UP NOW U TELL ME WHAT TO, IT WAS AN GIFT TO MY WIFE ON ANNIVERSARY I AM FEELING REALLY BAD AND NOW I NO LONGER NEED THAT WATCH PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO.

I am a loyal customer of fast track andi bought a watch 3 years back, due to regular use the strap has worn out.
i visited the shops that have your franchise to get a new strap, they are asking an amount which is more than the cost of a new watch.
it is disgusting that the customers are cheated like that. please suggest what can i do.

as i want to remain loyal to fasttrack.

i have brought a titan fastrack watch for Rs1895 just 8 months ago...it has now stopped working sometimes for few days.I have sent it to the service center and they told it will be ok in 2 days...the watch worked fine for a month and again it has stopped. the retailer is now not accepting the watch citing non availability of technicians.pls tell me what to do.

i bought a fast track watch (K312). dated 7/7/08 from SRS sector 12 faridabad. the shop keeper gave me warrenty of strap of 1 year. but the watch's strap got crack itself in six months. when i complaint this to show room manager he said that no warrenty of strap.
In the warrenty card company do not mention that strap did not come in the warrenty policy.

my question : is this is the quality of fasttrack.
is this is the method of fasttrack of complaint handing.
