[Resolved] Titan Watch — defect in chain lock | |||
I had purchased a wrist watch of Fastrack model no N3301SM02 C120 from Khera Sales Corporation Janakpuri New Delhi on 14/01/2012. I start using the watch in the month of March2012 and till today the watch chain locked is broken automatically and i contracted with the Distributor and they rectify the same and change the pin part of the watch but i face the same problem 3 times and i think there is a manufacturing defect in the watch and want that it should be replace as if i lost the watch who will bear the loss for the same.
