Hi,I am souvik banerjee ([protected]).I am putting my entire details of my complain and my mails to the merchant.from their u can see the level of fraud and falls commitment from one of the biggest watch company A TITAN Dear Grace As per your last email to me ,you have arranged the spare parts (module) which is required for my watch (though you actually don't know what is he problem and what is the actual status of my watch). But madam for your kind information by this time we have crossed a week time which was required to reach the valuables to kolkata from your end. This is nothing but height of fraud,dishonest behavior .Inform me immediately about the status. After spending some of Rs 7000 & more for a single watch,is it deserving for a customer?And complaining for so many times ,i didn't receive any single response from your end.I had requested to generate a prodata so that i can take a new watc from titan by replacing it no matter how much you sanction on that pro data,even if i have to pay some more money then also it's not a big deal at all. My humble request to you is to take care of my problem which i am facing from so many days that too after spending so much of time at titan world showrooms with the watch.Other wise i have take the help of consumer forum desk.
