[Resolved]  Titan Watches — fraud and false commitment form the officials b at their help desk

Hi,I am souvik banerjee ([protected]).I am putting my entire details of my complain and my mails to the merchant.from their u can see the level of fraud and falls commitment from one of the biggest watch company A TITAN

Dear Grace

As per your last email to me ,you have arranged the spare parts (module) which is required for my watch (though you actually don't know what is he problem and what is the actual status of my watch). But madam for your kind information by this time we have crossed a week time which was required to reach the valuables to kolkata from your end.
This is nothing but height of fraud,dishonest behavior .Inform me immediately about the status.

This in reply to your last mail to me on 10th of August 2012.You advised me to wait for the call from Ms. Grace Rajini[protected] of titan. But this is to inform you and titan too that this person didn't even bother to take care of my problem.She just gave
me a call and promises me to get rid of the problem & that's it,after that i didn't received any reply from he & every time i called her she didnt even bother to receive my call.On last Thursday she received a call of mine and that time also she gave me a
falls commitment and falls information too .She told me that every necessary steps has been ordered to Mr taraknath das @ kolkata.But Mr taraknath dont even know about my complain number,grace didn't informed any thing about my problem to him and every thing
that Grace told me were nothing but falls or lie.



My hearnest request to you and the other authorities of titan to look into the matter & take the necessary actons so that I dont have to contact you people through consumer forum and other law's available against falls commitment of of the merchent and it's
employee to a customer (according to IPC).I have all ready stored every call details and mail details that i have putted on your customer care number / mail address

Dear sir,







I have lodged a complain against my titan watch which is creating so much of

problem from the date of purchase.My complain number

is 230371

& it was the 24th of June when I lodged it,but till now i have not received

any type of response from your end.This is the fourth time,my watch is creating

the same problem after being taken care by titan authorized service center for

the fourth consecutive time.







After spending some of Rs 7000 & more for a single watch,is it deserving

for a customer?And complaining for so many times ,i didn't receive any single

response from your end.I had requested to generate a prodata so that i can take

a new watc from titan by replacing it no matter how much you sanction on that

pro data,even if i have to pay some more money then also it's not a big deal at

all.







My humble request to you is to take care of my problem which i am facing from

so many days that too after spending so much of time at titan world showrooms

with the watch.Other wise i have take the help of consumer forum desk.
